Frisby/Kilworth Work
Party's
There was a work party held at Frisby Complex Fishery last Sunday
(18/5/2104). once again there was a good turn out. Work was carried out on Colver Lake and Jasons Lake. These
lake's have both needed quite a bit of work to clear swims, the grass and reeds seem to explode into growth at this
time of year. Work was carried out on the Island at Colver, again to cut back the
vegetation.

A well earned tea
break
Come on lads...put your back into it!!
As usual we would like to thank everyone who turned up to lend a hand, It really does make
a difference when we get a few extra helpers .
There's always one!!!! .

follows:
25th May Kilworth
1st June Frisby
8th June Rothley

Kilworth/Frisby Work Party's
There was a work party held at Kilworth Sticks Fishery last Sunday (11/5/2104). once
again there was a good turn out and Water Officers Brian Toon and Terry Branston asked me to pass on this
message...
We would
like to thank the good turnout today of the Members at the Kilworth Work party. Considering the
bad weather, it didn't dampen the day. A lot was still done, all branches trimmed around all
of the lakes that could be reached from the bank side. Unfortunately Terry couldn't do the planned
spraying of the brambles and thistles on the island and the bank perimeters, due to the
heavy rain. Hopefully that can be completed at the next planned Kilworth Work
party.
Once again
Thank You.
From Terry And
Brian
