This week’s cost cutter match was held on Smiggies lake. For a change conditions were not too bad, but again the fish refused to play ball so some people struggled for a bite.
Steve Lee won the day with 18lb, followed by Alan Smith with 13lb 2oz. Section one won by Mick Nash with 8lb 3oz and section two by Martin Hutchinson with 11lb 9oz.
14 fished.
