Another Thursday and yet another dire day for the cost cutter match on Colver. The rain never relented for the whole match.
Carp counted today but only by 8oz per fish.
Chris Shore won with 7lb 8oz, second Sam Hammond with 7lb and third Mick Norton with 6lb 10oz. Alan Smith won the first section with 5lb 3oz and Den Porter won the second section with 5lb 12oz. Just Alan’s luck, if it had been silvers only, as normal, his weight of 5lb 3oz would have been top!!
