Another Thursday and yet another terrible day for the cost cutter match on Smiggies. Started raining at 10am and never stopped throughout the match.
Dave Kimber won the day with 15lb 2oz, followed by Steve Lee with 13lb 8oz and Mick Farmery with 10lb 15oz. First section won by Paul Cayless with 9lb 2oz, and second section by Alan Smith with 9lb 8oz. 14 fished.
Due to the next 2 weeks being Xmas and new year the cost cutter matches are being switched to Tuesday for the next 2 weeks only. All over 60s welcome.
Next week’s match will be on Colver, silvers only.
