This week’s cost cutter match was held on Smiggies lake. As is now usual on a Thursday the weather was atrocious, with gale force winds throughout the day, and the occasional shower.
At least one pole was broken due to the strength of the wind! The winner was Steve Lee with 13lb 8oz, followed by Dave Montgomery with 12lb 9oz. Mick Norton third with 12lb 4oz. First section winner Chris Shore with 6lb 1oz and second section Mick Nash with 11lb 3oz. 12 fished
