De-weeding operation at Frisby Complex First published 4th October 2014
We have Water Officer Terry Branston to thank for sending in the following pictures of the de-weeding operation that took place in early October 2014. We believe that the problem should be now solved, or at least controllable, for the future. Four lakes, in all, were de-weeded Jurassic, Sanctuary, Smiggies and BJ's. Lily's, reeds and weed were removed from all four of the lakes. Anglers were catching fish in cleared areas once the work had been completed.
