Results Pike League 13/10/24 Jurassic
Well, it’s that time of year again, we started our first Pike match of the season with a good turnout. A few new and old faces fishing the 1st match. Mike returned after a few years away due to ill health, but unfortunately, he had to finish early. Martin Coote joined us for the first time too. Martin Coote, 1 of 13 Pikers for the day! Weather was dry all day, always a bonus! The match started around 8am and a few opted for BJs while the rest settled for Jurassic. I heard of a few catches with in the first 10 minutes of the start.
I believe Dick was straight into a fish. My first Fish of the match hadn’t read the script, a nice Perch around a pound.
The day progressed with a good number of Pike being caught. A total of 13 fish with only 4 not catching this time.
Jason took first place with Alex second, both having caught two fish, so a good start to the year.
